When I attempt to arrest someone through LSPDFR after making them get on the ground my LSPDFR crashes. When looking at the log it says "Rage.ped is invalid".

Can you give me a Screenshot/List of your Plugins Folder as well as your Scripts Folder if you have one?

Sorry for the long reply. I did manage to delay the issue sort of. When I swapped out arrestmanager and Sparky's remastered albert mods for stop the ped and complite. However now I get a weird bug. When I take the suspect down and arrest them they sort of die. Like they are standing straight up, but I cannot interact with them with the stop the ped menu and I walk through them like they dont exist. When I look at my log it even says that "Suspect died in player custody" and "STP cannot take control player arrested Ped". Even though they are still standing and talking like normal. Its as if the game just decided to declare them dead even though they aren't.

 

Later on, also after marking a ped as a pursuit suspect and they ran. A foot race ensued and I caught up to them and arrested them. However once the arrest was done my character was frozen in place and couldnt move and then I was greeted with my earlier issue: LSPDFR crashes with the whole rage.ped is invalid.

I have also uploaded the latest RagePluginHook.log as well as the requested screenshots.

Just to double check, download the Pursuit Crashes test file and install it from here. See if that helps.

If not, rename mods to _mods and try arresting a ped again to see if it crashes.

That seemed to have helped somewhat. I dont see a crash from arresting a suspect, but I still get the weird issue of them bugging out. Where when I arrest the ped its like they declared dead by the game, but they are still standing upright and still talking. However to test, I did let a cop npc arrest a suspect instead and I found that the suspect did not bug out. So it seems they only bug out when I arrest them.

Could it be that maybe they were mid arrest by another ai cop when you tried to do that? Cause if so, that will cause them to bug out and you have to let the ai cop finish the arrest animation before doing anything.

No unfortunately, I just tried to arrest a suspect when I was alone without backup through take down, and I was still unable to interact with them after as if they died.

Go into the Plugins folder and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR. Then see if you can arrest without having issues.

I found the issue. It was the RolePlay+ plugin. After renaming the LSPDFR folder didnt work, I then went one by one in terminating rage plugin hook mods and trying to arrest. When I did it with Roleplay the arrest bug went away. Good news is its a plugin for RagePluginHook so I can terminate the plugin when I go on duty and arrest people without issue.
