  1. GrizzlyCMMG's post in games crashes when i try to load was marked as the answer
Navigate to your Directory, rename your mods folder to _mods and try again, if it works, your Mods Folder may be corrupted.
  2. GrizzlyCMMG's post in Intermittent Crashing after hitting F4 was marked as the answer
SOLVED: Did 2 things, updated Nightly Build of SHVDN (again) and deleted dinput8.dll.
  3. GrizzlyCMMG's post in No eup folder in openIV was marked as the answer
Hello, have you installed EUP Law and Order and EUP Menu? Did you use the OIV Installer as standard with EUP? That is a strange issue to be having. Are you double checking that you are going into your Mods folder and not just clicking update/x64/...?
  4. GrizzlyCMMG's post in My Game crashes on start someone help me out was marked as the answer
Ah, I suspected that, I recommend a teardown and Rebuild, be wary of what you reinstall. Try adding things back one by one. Painstaking I know but worth it if you want your game back to where it was before.
  5. GrizzlyCMMG's post in When trying to enter Police Station, LSPDFR fails and RagePlugIn fails. was marked as the answer
Hello, are you still running a clean install? have you ensured your RageNativeUI and ScripthookV are up-to-date? any modded Vehicles installed or any changes to the "mod" folder inside of OIV? Also, I recommend using the console command "ForceDuty" instead of using Police Stations, since the Stations seem rather unstable, especially if using modified Vehicles or clothing. You can use this command by launching the Game, walking out of the Building you spawn in if set, pressing F4 and typing "ForceDuty" wait a few seconds, press F4 again and see how things preform.

    Update/Solutions!

If you are experiencing some similar things as I was listed above, here is how I managed to fix just about everything that was going wrong.

    1. If your game is crashing 100% or 50% of the time, as mine was, delete and renew your mods folder. It is unfortunate that sometimes this is the case required to fix
some of the problems causing symptoms as these, please note YOU WILL LOSE ALL CARS, and ANYTHING INSTALLED WITH AN OIV PACAKGE INSTALLER!
    2. Unfortunately, I am still working out a solution to the DLCList.xml crashes, will post that fix here once found.
    3. Frequent In game crashes were fixed by removing 2 recommended mods, Dangerous Callouts, and Wilderness Callouts, also, when I restarted my Mods folder that seemed to help as well.
    4. Graphical/World Mods, except ReShades, are required to be reinstalled, since the patch wiped or corrupted everything that wasn't a Default Game file in OIV.
    5. LSPDFR Crashing on startup was fixed by resetting the Mods folder.
    6. If you were using Police Menu before the Title Update, and now it is broken as mine was, you MUST REINSTALL it entirely, I can confirm after doing so, it works perfectly fine.
    7. As noted, I am currently looking into the Issues with my DLCLIst.xml, my suspicion right now is that all of the vehicle files inside of my DLCPacks were removed/corrupted as well, my next step in troubleshooting will be to remove all of those vehicles, download new ones, and attempt to install those and use them in game, as mentioned before if that is what works then I will post it here as a solution.
