GrizzlyCMMG reacted to Cyan in Welcome to the new LCPDFR.com (LCPDFR.com 9!)Since October of last year, we’ve been hard at work on a modern, refreshed redesign of LCPDFR.com. Today, we’re excited to finally share it with you.
This new version of the site isn’t just a visual upgrade. Behind the scenes, we’ve rebuilt a lot of the core systems that power LCPDFR.com – from the way pages load, to how content is organised, to the tools we’ll be able to build on top of this platform going into 2026 and beyond. We’ve also migrated our custom downloads system and several other bespoke features onto this new foundation.
This launch marks the ninth design update LCPDFR.com has had, and it’s the biggest change since our last major overhaul in 2015 – almost a decade ago.
A Fresh Look, Built for Today
The new site introduces a clean, modern interface designed to be faster, clearer and more intuitive to navigate.
Light & Dark Mode
The site now supports a fully integrated light and dark mode that follows your operating system’s preference. If you’d rather choose manually, you can toggle between themes using the control at the bottom of the site.
Redesigned Editor
Our content editor has been completely rebuilt. It’s more powerful, more responsive, and much easier to use than the previous version. Whether you’re writing mod descriptions, making posts, or writing private messages, the editing experience should feel significantly smoother.
Mods: Front and Center
Mods are at the heart of LCPDFR.com, so we’ve made sure they’re easier than ever to find and browse.
Mods First in Navigation
You’ll now see the Mods portal prominently placed as the first item in the navigation, reflecting what most visitors come here for.
New Grid-Based Layout
Mods are now presented in an expansive grid view, making it easier to scan through content, compare options at a glance, and discover new creations.
Improved Tag Browsing
Tags now play a much bigger role in helping you discover content. Clicking any tag will take you to a dedicated tag results page, where you can explore all related content in one place.
Smarter Search
Finding exactly what you’re looking for should feel quicker and more flexible.
Quicksearch with Filters
The quicksearch has been upgraded with built-in filters, including the ability to search directly by tags. This makes it easier to narrow down results and jump straight to the content you care about.
A full search overhaul is in progress, and what you see in quicksearch today is just a small preview of what’s coming.
Known Issues
As with any major platform change, there are a few rough edges we’re already aware of:
Some content pages under LSPDFR, LML, and RESOURCES may currently appear broken or incorrectly formatted. We’re actively working on fixing these layouts.
The GTA V Native Database is currently not displaying.
Some profiles are showing an error 500.
There are some issues with LSPDFR Sync, we have paused our Pateron until fully resolved.
A small amount of users may be experiencing issues with notifications.
Multiple issues reported by community members (thank you) in this thread.
Some of these have now been fixed. Please continue to report any issues you see.
Thank you for your patience while we work through these issues. Your feedback here is especially helpful, so if you spot anything else that looks off, please let us know.
What's Next and Fixes
This redesign is just the foundation for what’s coming next. With the new platform in place, we’ll be able to iterate more quickly and deliver new features faster than before. Over the next days and weeks, our main focus will be on tightening up the rough edges from this migration and fixing the issues that you might find.
Here are some of the things at the top of our list:
New API for the Mods Center
We've almost finished work on a new API for our mod center - we just have a few changes to make and we hope to share updates on this in the coming days.
Full Search Overhaul
Beyond the improvements you can already see in quicksearch, we’re planning a complete search upgrade to make finding content more accurate, more powerful, and more pleasant overall.
Visual and UX Polish
You may notice small visual quirks, spacing issues, or inconsistent elements across the site. We’re tracking these and will be rolling out incremental polish updates as we go.
This is a big milestone for LCPDFR.com, and we’re really excited to finally share it with you. Take a look around, try out the new features, and let us know what you think – your feedback will help us shape the next round of improvements.
We also hope to have some LSPDFR Enhanced news to share with you in the coming days.
Cyan.

GrizzlyCMMG got a reaction from Karabiber Gamer in new game version 3337.0?This is why it is always best practice to back up the 4 GTAV.exe Files in your Directory. I personally do not Update my LSPDFR until a couple weeks after the most recent update has passed for reasons like this. I am still playing on 3274 only because I backed up my Game Version. If you aren't doing this, then you are quite literally making yourself wait sometimes Weeks to play LSPDFR when you could just Update the Game, go to your Version Backup, copy and paste your backed up Game into your Directory and keep playing. Just a word to the wise to anyone who may read this thread and not know any better.

GrizzlyCMMG got a reaction from JustJohnathan in Will there be LSPDFR for GTA 6?As discussed at length on other Forum Posts saying the same thing. This simply is just not possible with the current way LSPDFR Operates. You cannot do the same things on Console as you can on PC in terms of Modding (& many other things) due to a laundry list of reasons, if you want to learn why, Google it.
Unless Rockstar, in all of their greed, release a framework for Modding on Consoles that would be compatible with LSPDFR, this is a big negative. And even if they did create a Native Framework for GTA VI, who knows what it would entail for the Developers of LSPDFR in order to get the Mod to work on Consoles. Either way, it would not be an easy task.
Secondly, with the amount of Buttons that are in use with LSPDFR on PC, I have absolutely no Idea how they would make it work with a Console Controller. Granted, I have heard that Modern Gen Consoles can be used with Keyboards now, but I have no way to verify that is true because I haven't owned a Console in 10 Years.
All this said, in it's current state, LSPDFR is too complex to even consider trying to make for Consoles for many reasons, including the fact that Consoles natively are not Friendly to Mods that dive into a Games Files like LSPDFR does when you install Custom Cars, Scenery, Callouts, ect. They encrypt Game Files and cannot decrypt them like we can with Software on PC, they have a closed infrastructure, and Console Companies do not OWN the Games they sell, they have a LICENSE to sell the Games. I can almost guarantee you that Major Development Studios have a Clause in their licensing agreements to Sony and Microsoft saying that allowing Modifications to the Game would, at least, result in the loss of the License and, at most, result in Legal action.
Just like when you buy a Game on Steam, you do not "own" the Game, you have a License to play the Game, hence, the EULA. Same principal.

GrizzlyCMMG got a reaction from Lennyy in Make Gta 5 mods available to ps5/ps4 (here is why)To be frank, that just isn't going to happen, not anytime soon at least.
Firstly, consoles are what is commonly referred to as a "Closed System" meaning to do Modifications to the extent that we Mod with things like LSPDFR on PC, you'd have to subvert the very well established and mostly well designed protections in place of these consoles to get any sort of morsel of hope of modding anything on a Console to the extent that we can PC.
Secondly, it costs money and is more time consuming for Developers to support Mods on a Console, when you think of things like Skyrim of FO4, those are special cases, because the Studio is willing to be in the time and effort to establish a Framework for Mod Developers, not many other Developers, especially in the Console space are as willing. To add to that point, it would affect the Console Distributers as well, it is likely that would have more cases of mishaps/RMA's costing the Company both time and Money.
Additionally, a large portion of the players on Console have no interest in Modding in the same sense that Playerbase on PC does. Most people who have a console, as cliché as it may sound, are generally more casual, get-home-and-relax type people, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, however, that kind of mindset is Incompatible with things like LSPDFR.
Without a Framework that is baked into the Game from R*, at a certain point, LSPDFR becomes an almost Constant Update, Troubleshoot, Repeat ordeal. Personally, it's not an issue for me, but it took a pretty long time for me to know how to solve most every issue I run into myself, and even I and others like me often overlook or forget the most basic steps of the Troubleshooting process, not many people want to deal with that sort of thing.
There you have it, is LSPDFR freakin' incredible? absolutely. But is it a relatively small, niche community in the PC Gaming Space? 110%. Maybe one day in the Future I'll eat my words, but as of right now this is where I stand. Cheers!

GrizzlyCMMG got a reaction from BlueLine Vibes in GTA V & RPH Crash whenever I attempt to load Story Mode.Hey guys, I really appreciate the responses, and I apologize for not responding in a timely manner(the Firearms Industry does NOT sleep lol). This thread will be marked as solved once I put this reply out, it turned out my assumptions ended up being correct and it was a simple corrupted Mods Folder, huge oversight on me for not testing that first when I went through my initial troubleshooting "Checklist".
As for the Gameconfig stuff, both did work, including the NVE one, which I used in my previous Mods Folder build, but with the rebuild I decided to go with the PNWParks Config, I did actually use NVE in my previous Build but this time around I left it out because the Free Version either didn't work or was just not much of an Improvement for me. So, with that said I finally have a bit of free time to play because I am back home, again the response are much appreciate from everyone here.
Especially cool to see you here Officer Benzo, keep pumping out those Videos and Tutorials, especially the tutorials, we all know plenty of the new guys need them and you are by far the best source for them along with CJ.
Thanks again guys!

GrizzlyCMMG got a reaction from Upass in LSPDFR crashes after 20 minsHello, I see you have all of your plugins updated, which is good, however in my experience ALPRLite crashed my game a ton, I know there is an alternative here on LSPDFR somewhere maybe swap them out and see what happens?
Also, can you cite your callout list to me? In my experience frequent crashes like this well into gameplay are typically related to callouts, and the error message in the log corroborates that idea, thanks.

GrizzlyCMMG got a reaction from litaf2324 in all my cars were sets to default after installing new lspdfrHello, this sounds like it could be an issue related to the mods folder itself that Custom Vehicles are installed to.
A few things to try, first, try reinstalling ALL cars by simply overwriting the previous ones, open up whatever vehicle it is you're installing in the .zip, and do he normal install process as you normally would and see if that mitigates the issue.
Second, if that does not work, it is likely that you're better off rebuilding your mods folder, delete the mods folder and start clean, this is very simple and isn't very time consuming if you know what you are doing, especially when dealing with replacement vehicles.
Third, if you choose to take this step, note that depending on the amount of addon vehicles you have, it can be tedious but it may well fix the issue. its basically just overwriting the car files as I stated previously, however, this time open up your OIV and find each CUSTOM CAR you have (ex. police_hi.ytd) and delete that file along with the other corresponding file, do this for each custom vehicle and then proceed to reinstall the vehicles from scratch.
if you do not want to rebuild your mods folder then there isn't really much else I can tell you other than what I already have, usually issues like this are an issue with the mods folder itself not your game or OIV. Lastly, you should learn to install custom cars as DLC/Addons instead of replacements if you haven't already, they seem to be much more viable in terms of not breaking your game as long as you install the necessary prerequisites to install them. I hope this helps and sorry you're having this problem, unfortunately its the nature of modding GTA V since there is no and like never will be any native support for modding the game.
Also, I noticed in your video that your vehicles were install in patchday28ng, mine are installed in patchday24ng, if you haven't, try relocating them there. Again, this can cause things to be a bit messy and knowing how GTA can be, may lead to game issues down the road, so you're likely better off with a fresh mods folder.

GrizzlyCMMG reacted to UnknownBastion in all my cars were sets to default after installing new lspdfrIf you mean as backup they are spawning as default, it could be because when you installed the fresh version of LSPDFR, it reset any xml files you had edited in the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory (i.e. the agency.xml). You will have to re-add the entries again to get the vehicles to show up in the AI response.
Additionally, to add on to what Grizzly said, any replace vehicles should be installed to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\Patchday28g9ec\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf as whatever dlcpack was the most recent to be released will be the most optimal to have your vehicles installed to.

GrizzlyCMMG got a reaction from Lennyy in RPH doesn't detect previous game versions that are in backup after update..Ahh wonderful, really useful having a backup function in a program that is intended to allow you to revert back to a working game just for it to brick itself. Not annoying at all, oh well, so be it. Thanks for the insight.
