The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

is it possible to name your vehicle plugins anything other then police 1-4 and sheriff 1-4 because i want to have more vehicles then just those.

    This is called add-on vehicles.
    You add new vehicles to the game = addon vehicle
    you replace existing vehicles = replace vehicles

    Basically you add a new patchday to gta, which is recognized as a vehicle.
