At first everything works as it should, I come to work and can play calmly without incident, but as soon as I accept any call from the dispatcher - the game freezes and the lspdfr plugin crashes with an error, as in the title of the topic. No third-party mods or plugins are installed.

If you need logs, you can tell me how to attach them, I still don't understand

You're are running an old version of RPH. Please update to the latest version by reinstalling it from the manual LSPDFR download archive.

Try also replacing the other RPH files. There's no newer RPH available other than the one existing in the LSPD:FR download. Maybe your callouts are outdated/falsely installed?

I don't understand what other files you're talking about, I don't have any mods or plugins other than lspdfr. Please send me a link to the updated RPH

As I said the newest build of RPH is available in the latest manual archive of LSPDFR.
