Game crashing after loading LSDPFR - right before loading into the game

Hello everyone, 
I am hoping some of you will be more helpful than AI and myself - I've tried most troubleshooting steps but to no avail. 
My LSPDFR crashes right after loading in on a black screen, basically in the loading phase of the plugin I assume. 

I've had this happen on and off but after installing some of the EUP-recommended car packs, I cannot even load into the game. 
The sensible solution would be to disable all vehicle packs in OpenIV and to try one by one I am guessing but I refuse to believe that this is causing LSPDFR to crash. Maybe some bad configuration done on my end inside the LSPDFR folders? I have identified that the SASP was causing some issues while loading and I have removed the pack as such afterwards - to no avail as well. The plugin continues to crash.

I have EUP UE installed, most of the recommended car packs correctly installed as well and until now, everything has been going okay. 
Anyone got an idea as to what I can do here?

    Your stations_sahp.xml is throwing an error. Line 28, position 1.
     

    You also have A LOT of invalid lines in your log. You probably installed a config mod for vehicles you don't have in your game. While that is not the reason for your crash, it's still something I'd look into if I was you.
