Good day to everyone reading this Post!

Since probably weeks i have a very annoying problem. Everytime I start the game, everything works just perfecly fine... until it suddently crashes out of nowhere! No such things as performance loss or some kind of visual bug, texture loss... JUST A CRASH! I looked into the RAGEPluginHook.log but to be honest, i can't tell what is wrong in my game. I will try to start the game without the mods folder but maybe one of you guys can tell what I did wrong. If it crashes again, i will immediatly share the new .log in this Topic.

1.Navigate to your GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini and set Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true

2.Navigate to your GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini and set AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = true

 

3. Update Deadly Weapons

Thanks for your help! I will try it out and look if it works now. Before that, I have a newRagePluginHook.log... Well it crashed again, but this time the .log data looks a little bit different at the end. Maybe you guys can find the issue faster like that. Otherwise i will try out your steps and hope it will work. 

But one question... How did (in this case) you find out it has to be one of those steps? I really wanna learn some stuff!

I'll gladly explain to you. It's always great to see new people wanting to actually learn how to troubleshoot their problems rather than fully relying on the help of others.

The issue was indicated via a line in your log. There was an error related to ambient game blips. Disabliing them will most likely fix the problem:

This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

The outdated Dealy Weapons is also pretty easy to spot since it literally tells you you're using an old version:

As for your new log, I couldn't find any issue in there.

The part of the ambient game blip sounds pretty understandable to me. I will also try to update Deadly Weapons after that! Besides that I still have one question. You mentioned that there is no problem in the second log file but the game crashed at that moment. So what else could be the problem for the game crash? I actually worked a little on the agency.xml, the backup.xml and the outfits.xml. Could that be a reason for a total game crash?

Ah, that explains it. I thought you meant a LSPDFR-related issue. Game crashes don't show in the log.
If it doesn't happen frequently or while doing something very specific, I wouldn't bother.
Don't think simply editing XMLs would cause this.
