I'll gladly explain to you. It's always great to see new people wanting to actually learn how to troubleshoot their problems rather than fully relying on the help of others.
The issue was indicated via a line in your log. There was an error related to ambient game blips. Disabliing them will most likely fix the problem:
[6/28/2025 12:38:19 PM.413] LSPD First Response: [WARN] Error while hiding ambient game blips: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
The outdated Dealy Weapons is also pretty easy to spot since it literally tells you you're using an old version:

As for your new log, I couldn't find any issue in there.
