so basically i just installed my GTA IV and then install the LCPDFR 0.95R2 and after the installation this message shown up and ask me to copy the following errors:

Are you running the install with privileges? Run As Administrator

yes and I also thicked "Run in Compatiblity Mode" to Windows XP SP3, is it ok ?

Doesn't have anything to do with admin. Its the taser thats giving you a problem. If you would have searched the LCPD:FR Support forums you would have found the answers your looking for. Just run the installer again and un-check "install taser" and it should install fine. You just won't be able to use the taser. You can try the "fix" for it, the video is stickied in the top of the FR Support section
