The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

As of right now, the XBOX game pass version of GTA V is not supported by RPH. You’ll have to own the Rockstar games launcher, steam or epic games launcher version of the game.

You probably won’t like the answer but the Game Pass version isn’t really mod friendly. It runs through the Microsoft Store setup which locks down a lot of the files, so things like ScriptHook and police mods usually don’t work properly or at all.

From what I’ve seen, people who want to run LSPDFR or ELS end up getting the Steam or Rockstar version instead since those let you drop files in and use mods without fighting the system.

If you still want to try, you can mess around with permissions and mod folders, but it’s hit or miss and breaks easily after updates. Honestly way less headache just using a non Game Pass copy if mods are your goal.
