Police lights are not correct

Featured Replies

I downloaded this car and followed this and this

I named this car police3.

I spawned police3 car, and noticed that the lights were not correct the light is a little dot, how can I fix the lights on this

Could contain: text, vehicle, land vehicle, screenshot, car, road, outdoor

This is the same with police4, the lights should be in the top and the ones in the window, also the ones in the window are just red, no blues.Could contain: text, land vehicle, vehicle, screenshot, car, pc game, video game software, wheel, outdoor

Hi again @sawnshotgun I think I've helped you in another post 🙂

Anyways, this seems an ELS issue, I assume you have ELS installed, considering the car is non-els, unfortunately unless you create the ELS file yourself and customize the lights of the car.

There's really nothing you can do.

Tell me if I'm wrong 🙂

Thank you

Hum great question..

Not really sure as I haven't messed with ELS creation, you'd have to watch tutorials for that.

I assume you can look for that on youtube, or ask any other ELS creators, there's plenty out there!

Hope that helps 🙂

That or they didn't install an updated carcols for the vehicle. EDIT Updated as in one that possibly came with the vehicle you put in place of POLICE3

can you give me more details, i dont understand

If you downloaded a car that has els in the title somewhere inside it's folder should be a file in your case if the car was intended to replace POLICE3 your will see a els file for the corresponding car. Better yet send a link to the car you have installed. I can look it over. Also if you have els installed already there should be a police els file under ELS>Pack_Default. You can simply duplicate it and rename it to police 3. Some cars require custom meta and carcol files to function properly so if the car you are using requires that then that could be your problem.
