Hello venomboy, I don't have Police Redefined installed, but have you tried to remap the keys provided by Policing Redefined respectively the keys from LSPDFR?

You have a typo in your folder name. You named it pluglins, but is has to be plugins. Please rename it and try again. Thanks!

I've encountered the same issue today, but after some 15 minutes it loaded normally again.

I think LCtrl+F2 are settings and LCtrl+F3 is the interface.

Sure. You said you've got some vehicles installed. Which are these? Can you rename the mods folder to _mods and see if LSPDFR loads without crashing?
