The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

What callout mods are you using, there definitely a crash in your log but whatever it was wasn't specified, looks like it might be two mods but I can't tell.

The mods I think it is based off what I'm seeing,
- CalloutManager (Which is an outdated mod)
- RobberyCallouts (Not sure if it's outdated or not but there are a lot of reported issues with this pack)

If I'm right, cool narrowed it down. If I'm wrong, oh well, whatcha got?

So, I'm using riskier traffic stops and Immersive Ambient events

In the original response by IceGuy221, they say it could either be Callout Manager or Robbery Callouts. It is neither. This is another case of mistaken identity. The tool that LSPDFR uses to activate LSPDFR Plugins is called Callout Manager. So it is an easy mistake to make without checking the list of LSPDFR Plugins being loaded.

As for Robbery Callouts, there is no Robbery Callouts installed.

The crash you had related to the base LSPDFR callout "Robbery". It had the exception message of "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Try renaming mods to _mods and then go in-game with RPH. Press F3 and type StartCallout and select Robbery. See if it crashes.
