The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Scripts folder renamed to _scripts, removed scriptv and other. Still same, game closes even before entering story mode

Make sure you manually delete the installation folder before installing it again. Uninstalling via the Rockstar launcher (or whatever you use), won’t properly clean the directory.
