    Make sure you manually delete the installation folder before installing it again. Uninstalling via the Rockstar launcher (or whatever you use), won’t properly clean the directory.

    Hmm. Last thing I'd try is deleting the update and x64 folder, then verify your game files.

    Rename your mods folder to _mods please. Then retry.

    Remove Adam69Callouts.dll and retry.
