The most obvious reason for LCPDFR only being on PC, is that the folders/files that make the game work, aren't actually installed on your PS3, Xbox 369, etc.

The games for the consoles aren't actually "installed" on your system.

They're ran from the disc.

The PC, it installs on your PC, and actually places files on your Hard Drive.

For this reasoning, this is why LCPDFR, isn't available for Xbox 360, PS3, etc.

Also for the reason, it'd be illegal
