What do i put in my mods folder? I can't find a tutorial on youtube for installing car addons or how to setup the mods folder in open 4.

but i cant figure out how to install properly. What do i need to install?

you need open iv ok

 

I have it installed and setup

go to your asi manager and make sure you have asi loader and openIV.asi

now in your mod folder for openiv make sure you have update,  x64 , and common.rpf in order to install the dlc you need to go to update -> x64-> dlcpacks drag and drop the  sheriffpack or sheriff pack blue into the dlc pack folder 

Always rememeber those readme.txt are gonna be your bestfriend this came from the read me file for the sheriff pack

 

1. Drag the SheriffPack AND/OR SheriffPackBlue folders into your mods/update/x64/dlcpacks folder.

2. Navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and edit dlclist.xml.

3. Copy this below into your dlclist.xml file, save and close.
      <Item>dlcpacks:/SheriffPack/</Item>
      <Item>dlcpacks:/SheriffPackBlue/</Item>

4. Copy ELS files into your ELS/pack_default folder.

I have everything installed, how do I spawn the vehicles? The F3 menu only spawns the other car packs, I saw one of my backup requests driving the LSPD Pack vehicle, but idk how to get it to spawn.
