upload your rockstar log you can find it in Documents-> Rockstar Game -> Launcher 

if you are talking about your police vehicles you have to remove the police vehicles from the nve vehicles
because they are clashing with eachother i had the same problem but I knew that that had to be it the taxi also does that if you replaced it the bus also does if you replaced that 
 
 
whatever patchday you use for your vehicles js look them up in the NVE Vehicles and if it pops up in nve vehicles then delete them 
remove sheriff and sheriff 2 from nve vehicles
im going to make a yt video for that

Yes I know but I don't really like the idea of a radio station converted into a police radio. Thanks anyway for the advice!

you need open iv ok
 

go to your asi manager and make sure you have asi loader and openIV.asi  

now in your mod folder for openiv make sure you have update,  x64 , and common.rpf in order to install the dlc you need to go to update -> x64-> dlcpacks drag and drop the  sheriffpack or sheriff pack blue into the dlc pack folder 
Always rememeber those readme.txt are gonna be your bestfriend this came from the read me file for the sheriff pack
 
1. Drag the SheriffPack AND/OR SheriffPackBlue folders into your mods/update/x64/dlcpacks folder.
2. Navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and edit dlclist.xml.
3. Copy this below into your dlclist.xml file, save and close.
      <Item>dlcpacks:/SheriffPack/</Item>
      <Item>dlcpacks:/SheriffPackBlue/</Item>
4. Copy ELS files into your ELS/pack_default folder.
