J’essaye d’installer ce véhicule en replace, tout fonctionne super bien le pack est magnifique mais il apparaît en blanc pour la charger et en gris pour le FPIU, et je souhaiterais qu’ils apparaisse en noir, je peux modifier la couleur avec mon traîner mais le problème c’est que les véhicules ambiant sont toujours en blanc et gris, y a-t-il un moyens de modifier la couleur définitivement en noir ?

I do not believe there is a way to have both. The charger should have L0-L3 mapped.
 The fix I provided the first time is the only way I know of how to fix the floating lights other than having all LOD’s mapped.

I'm Puerto Rican and I always wanted to bring the NPPR (Puerto Rico Police Dept) to GTAV so I'm using models from the @OfficerArkSherrifPack and clothing from the EUP to create an expanded and modern collection. Here are some examples.


 
My goal is to bring a full Puerto Rican Police Dept Vehicles version of the original OfficerArk Sherrif Pack.

ORIGINAL MOD: 
 

now in your mod folder for openiv make sure you have update,  x64 , and common.rpf in order to install the dlc you need to go to update -> x64-> dlcpacks drag and drop the  sheriffpack or sheriff pack blue into the dlc pack folder 
Always rememeber those readme.txt are gonna be your bestfriend this came from the read me file for the sheriff pack
 
1. Drag the SheriffPack AND/OR SheriffPackBlue folders into your mods/update/x64/dlcpacks folder.
2. Navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and edit dlclist.xml.
3. Copy this below into your dlclist.xml file, save and close.
      <Item>dlcpacks:/SheriffPack/</Item>
      <Item>dlcpacks:/SheriffPackBlue/</Item>
4. Copy ELS files into your ELS/pack_default folder.

set your ragepluginhook time to 60000.
 

I changed the game config file from 3x to 2x, and now its working. I am so dumb for not checking that part.
