EFLC Not launching

EFLC is failing to lauch, ive verified the files via steam, removed all mods, and still nothing, i really dont want to reinstall.

Nope no error message(s) it just doesent launch, it did but it just stopped.

Can you give us your PC Specs. Do you have mods? Do you updated your Drivers?

I have the same problem (1 month ago) i reinstall it, and it works.

Are you running the LaunchGTAIV.exe and not GTAIV.exe. You need to run from the launcher, Also run it as admin.

Yes, i launched it through steam, and through the LaunchEFLC.exe

 

Can you give us your PC Specs. Do you have mods? Do you updated your Drivers?

I have the same problem (1 month ago) i reinstall it, and it works.

Then uninstall EVERY mod/Custom car etc. And try to play until it works, Then u will know what mod it is. Or just re-install if all fails =/

Probably have to manually remove the registry lines before reinstalling.  I had to do that via a tutoria I found online the last install of GTAIV I did.  Google, something like "GTAIV reinstall will not work".  

 

Sucks cause I had to download GTAIV twice, back-to-back, and it takes like 4hours to download the damn thing.

Yup, i reinstalled lastnight, and found out it dident delete the folder and everything in it, so im reinstalling once again.

 

please post a screen shot there or the error code so we can help you farther my english not good i am from the netherlands

There is no error code, it just launches and RGSC never comes up
