The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I don't speak polish but this sounds like you're missing the CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll.

    Also I suggest remove Assorted Callouts and CodeRed Callouts - they are outdated plugins and it can crash your game more often.

     

    United Callouts is 50/50 plugin - sometimes callout gonna work fine, sometimes this same callout can make crash so it's up to you what you gonna do with this info.

     

    Vitroze Library - never saw it before so can't tell much about it
