This is the file where I crash

My friend told me that I can change the name of the mods folder to _mods. I also changed it, but the same error message still appears.

First of all, update GTAV by deleting your GTAV.exe from your main directory. Then verify your game files.

After that update RPH and LSPDFR by manually reinstalling the LSPDFR files from the download archive.

After that, update:
686 Callouts
HypersCallouts
Police Menu
Riskier Traffic Stops
Super Callouts
XScanner Pursuit Updates
XScanner

After you did all that, report back.

Also, remove MoreRadioChatter as you're already using XScanner.

I have completed the actions you mentioned, but the program still crashes as soon as I start it.

Launch the game again with RagePluginHook.

It was actually the same log as the first one you attached to the thread.

That attachment is not working properly. Can you drag the file into the opened text field once more please?
