The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

If you are unable to launch the game even when you don't launch Rage try this:
Rename your mods folder to _mods, this will disable your mods folder so we can see if it is what's crashing your game, and then attempt to launch without Rage.
If it works then something in your mods folder is causing the game to crash. This can be because you don't have a modified game config installed, something was installed incorrectly, or you just have a broken mod.
If it still crashing when the mods folder is disabled and without Rage then please find and upload your asiloader.log and els.log (if you use ELS). They will both be in the main directory.
