I am able to successfully load up gta 5 however, when i attempt to load the lspdfr plugin via the f4 menu, lspdfr crashes and is unable to be loaded. The only solution that fixes this issue is when i rename my mods folder to _mods so i assume something is wrong with my mods folder but i want to see if there is anything i could do without having to reintegrate my mods folder

Can you force the crash with mods being renamed back to mods. Afterwards upload your RagePluginHook.log here to this thread.

however, in attempt to fix this issue, i have removed the cali roads from my dlc list

It could be the reason for the node-related crash. Since you stated that renaming mods to _mods worked, I'd start with a new mods folder. Unfortunately I can't tell you what exactly causes the error inside your mods folder.
