    I can create a mods folder in open iv but whenever i copy update.rpf from the update folder, all of the files say compressed; instead of compressed;encrypted and contain no lines of text/are completely empty

    yes i have installed an oiv of this mod:https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/california-roads-variety-edition-singleplayer however, in attempt to fix this issue, i have removed the cali roads from my dlc list

    yes, whenever i rename my mods folder back to mods the lspdfr plugin will crash RagePluginHook.log

    I am able to successfully load up gta 5 however, when i attempt to load the lspdfr plugin via the f4 menu, lspdfr crashes and is unable to be loaded. The only solution that fixes this issue is when i rename my mods folder to _mods so i assume something is wrong with my mods folder but i want to see if there is anything i could do without having to reintegrate my mods folder
