Scripting wise? Probably. Now, of course there would have to be AI reactions that would have to be implemented, but those could probably be copied from a regular traffic stop. So is it possible? I think, yes. Not sure if it would be worth it or not.

Very possible, in fact I think I read that it was going to be implimented in .95 or .90, but got cut. The only problem is it would be hard to target cars. You'd always probably get the closest car.

I'd like to be able to pull over multiple cars that violate traffic laws, like 2-3 people who run red lights. I know the mod can only be capable of so much. though.
