i have couple of mods installed and scripts running... whenever i try to go on duty my lspdfr first response crashes and its stuck on postponing paperwork... here are the mods and scripts installed including plugins:

Upload your latest RagePluginHook.log please. It’s a text document inside your main GTA directory.

Your EUP is missing the mphalloween dlc pack. Ensure your GTA and mods folder are up to date and if the issue persists reinstall EUP. If that still doesn’t work open your EUP settings.ini and set „SkipDLCCheck = true“. 

Also nearly all of your Plugins in GTAV\Plugins\ are not supposed to be there.

I told you above which steps to take regarding the dlcpack. The majority of your plugins in your plugins folder should belong in Plugins\LSPDFR\

alright but what abt the script hook v error?

Make sure you have the newer version of AdvancedHook.dll. You can get that from the ELS download page. It's a different download button than the ELS plugin. It's called "AdvancedHookV_b3258.zip".

The error still persists... I have reinstalled ELS completely along with the Advanced Hook V provided... Could it be due to both Dynamic Lighting System and Emergency Lighting System both installed together? @Lennyy
