I am looking for anyone that's great at making the vehicle livery texture decal reflective I want all my cars to reflective like in real life

You’d have to find somebody that can create new car models. The reflective part of the vehicles texture is not actually something you can get by simply editing those files. It’s the cars material which has to be setup in a certain way.
