I know some people said that if you have custom/modded cars with a very or double high poly count it can crash your game more often with SMPA60, Gta has stopped working or script problems.

 

 

If i download a custom or modded car how do i check its polygon count? So i can at least see how many their are and if its way too many 

i won't download it.

 

Also, Whats a similar polygon count to the ORIGINAL cars. I don't really know whats considered a lot and normal amount.

To my knowledge, the polygon count only works if the model is in unlocked form(have to import to zmodeler).

 

But, you can always just right click on it and find out how many Mb's it is. 

I believe that a default cruiser is under 1 mb. Most low poly models max at about 1.5 mb I believe. Not really sure.

i think you look at the poly count of vehicles with openiv 

also the original vehicle poly count is around 20k to 30k polies

i doubt you'll find a police vehicle around that range since most are pretty high poly but you can look around and find what your looking for
