okay so i have GTA IV fresh one now without a crack . please tell me step by step to launch it...thank you all.

Download the Automatic Installer, follow the instructions on the screen. Start GTA IV. Done.

i have downloaded Automatic Installer ( FR red letters ) , i clicked to install and there is an error appears to me about .NET FRAMEWORK . :(

I believe you should download the full net framework, if nothing changes, it's a framework issue wich we can't affec.t

everything is fine now except one PROBLEM . while on game i clicked ALT + P :( nothing happend why ? then how can i do cop job ?

Run the game as an admin.... If the problem still occurs, run the diag tool and post the log here.

i didn't get how to run as admin ? and what ?

right-click and select run as administrator

and if that doesnt work download this and post the results

Right click the application and select "Run As Administrator". If the problem persists, run the diagnostics tool located here

you mean right click on GTA IV from desktop and run as "administrator" thats a second one after my USER , but there need a password for administrator...

Patch your GTA IV to 1.0.4.0 or 1.0.7.0 . I suggest 1.0.7.0 though. You can just patch right to it, no need to install other patches.

okay i have patched with 1.0.7.0 , but an error when launch the game after install the patch 1.0.7.0 ....

You can ofc try it without running it as an admin but it might not work. Test it.

I doubt the game works on Windows 95.

Do you use xlive.dll or dsound.dll? If you use both try removing xlive.dll

i have dsound.dll only ....:(

Break, he's probably using classic mode ;)

And reinstall LCDPFR and select xlive instead of dsound.
