Question about SMPA60 (Yes, I read the explanation it's a different question)

Regarding the error in GTA known as GTA IV: FATAL ERROR: SMPA60 please restart your game.

I read online and in the explanation pinned on the forums that its when you save a car, Mod that car and try to load in in the save. That makes sense, What i want to know is, WHY does it crash my gta with mods OVERALL. I have LCPDFR and other mods installed, including ELS police cars. Whenever I have less of them the game crashes in less time. I have about 4 modded cars right now and it takes about 20 minutes before the game eventually does SMPA60. If anyone knows a "Technical" explanation about why it does it with modded cars in general, I'd be ok reading it (AKA if you say it in technical terms i'll know exactly what your talking about).

I just want to know why SMPA60 happens when i have car mods, Not even saved any cars at ANY safehouses and the more i have the faster the game crashes. What causes this overload to CTD? It would be very nice if I could play LCPDFR (And trust me, I love LCPDFR I'm into that type of shit) For more than 20 minutes without crashing, Since GTA takes a while to launch.....Then load.....Then i have to pick my uniform, Car, bla bla bla ETC ETC.

Might be a corrupted save game

Happend to me yesterday, After i Re-installed GTA for some reason my save remained so i made a brand new game and saved it.......How the hell does a save game get corrupted anyways, What is there to do wrong or does it just kind of happen.

This is an issue I've been having as well. In EFLC, there is only one safehouse, and my cars there are unmodded. And yet, I get SMPA60 errors when just driving around - they don't seem to be location-based, though.

BTW, this belongs in GTA IV support, so I'm moving it there.
