Does anyone know of an police helicopter polmav slot with a spotlight that has a template along with it to reskin?

    So you want a working spotlight on a heli without using the mod??

    Or a heli with a spotlight dummy on it?

     

    Because honestly just go to gta-4mods and look for a helicopter with a spotlight underneath(there are plenty of them as I just did it for my clan) and then install one of 2 mods that includes the spotlight and adjust the coordinates.

    The one that was linked to you has a template. 

    You could always find a heli and ask the original author if he would share his template with you.
