The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Yes your backup request will be voice activated and handle as normal make sure you setup microsoft speech recognition first.

And do I have to use a microphone ?😂

I mean I would like it if it was just a click of a button, besides that my PC microphone is sucks 😶

It has both an on screen menu for doing things like calling backup and it also has a radio you can interact with.  You do not need to use voice.
