The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I am getting this error message:

 

The game process could not be started. Insufficient permissions or bad antivirus program.
Please try again. If the problem persists, please restart your computer.
Unknown game has crashed! Please wait while RAGE Plugin Hook creates a crash report.
This may take a minute.

I already took out real time protection and granted all permissions to the GTA folder.

Would be glad if someone could help me.

right click gta 5 main directory then more at the bottom then press properties then go to security and make sure all boxes are ticked execpt for “special permissions.” Also make sure RagePluginHook is in your antivirus exexptions.
