I have already done that. I was able to solve the problem by checking the GTA file for errors in the Epic Games Launcher.

Hello everyone I am getting this error message: The game process could not be started. Insufficient permissions or bad antivirus program. Please try again. If the problem persists, please restart your computer. Unknown game has crashed! Please wait while RAGE Plugin Hook creates a crash report. This may take a minute. Collecting game crashes I already took out real time protection and granted all permissions to the GTA folder. Would be glad if someone could help me. Thanks a lot!
