The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Scripts stopped working after Rockstar last update.

Unfortunately I don't have any backup, and those scripts are updated  like 8 years ago, so maybe we need replacement scripts.

Scripthook v was updated in June though with the others yeah I'm not too sure about I misread it as only this one

No, I'm speaking about the scripts I use; like "in game screenshot", "fixwheelturnback" and "Winch" etc. Most of them are so old, my point is you cannot expect an update from the developers.

They stopped working since GTA V update v3258, after SHV v1.0.3258 was released I installed it but none of the scripts got fixed.

Wait until ScriptHookV receives its next update. It hasn't released yet. Unfortunately with scripts, they are very touchy and can randomly decide to stop working sometimes. Not much can really be done.
