The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

The callout is in one of the callout pack I installed(I guess) but I can't find where does it come from. And I kinda want to let LSPDFR stop spawning it.

    Play the callout and send me your RagePluginHook.log afterwards.
