How do you cope?

Andrew,

I really sorry to hear that.... I understand how you feel.... I lost my Uncle a few years ago.... And I was very close to him.... It wasn't easy.... It took a while for me to adapt to not having this uncle of mine. Its isn't easy to cope with the loss of someone you really know, like or love.... It really hurts when you miss them so much but you can't really talk to them or do anything with them any more.... What i did to overcome this was to tell myself... those times were the best but it's time to move on. He or she also wants you to move on... Just tell yourself... what ever you are doing that person is in heaven watching you looking out for you because they care. Tell yourself that he or she will always been in your heart and tell yourself that he or she believes in you because the know what you are capable of. Also as time goes by don't forget that they are always up there looking our for you. It took me 6 months to let this go. It wasn't easy.... I too have lost a best friend once... it really hurts.... But sometimes it is destiny.

Right now there are other things you can do to overcome this. I for did do something I like and that was to play some soccer and I played a lot and it helped. Lastly, Bro anything you can confide me I am ready to be your listening ear... just drop me a PM.

Your Sincerely,

I am sorry to hear. But never blame yourself. Keep telling yourself it isn't your fault before you start to believe the opposite. This is where most people start failing the mourning process and get in either a depression or can't stop crying.

Thougn crying isn't wrong at all. That keeps the humanity in all of us. It surely relieves the pain.

You take care, man!

Posting something like this on the internet where people can hide behind a different name is a bad idea, some people will use it as a chance to mess with you.

Instead keep it between those you know, that way it does not have unwarranted repercussions for yourself.

Would take a sick asshole to get enjoyment out of someone dieing..

Im currently looking in to trying out airsoft. Ive been a fan of it and always watch MilsimJunkie1 on YouTube but havent really had the money to purchase equipment. Im going to start saving my cash to try that out.

Good idea, airsoft is another favorite of mine, you should definitely try it out you will love it.

My father died of cancer when I was 7 and I really can't offer much in the way of advice. I can though suggest maybe talking to your pastor or a religious figure. Talking about it really helped me, it still hurts to talk about it when I do presentations of the Vietnam conflict at schools but there will always be pain. Keep trucking man.
