The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hey. Is there any other way to download lspdfr mods without using LML loader? I've seen some people have mod folder, and do i have to use LML loader to use mods? I personally think it's kinda hard to use LML loader.

    No, LML loader in simplest terms is just the cheat way of doing things and you absolutely do not have to use it. Mods will 90% of the time contain a "readme.txt" to tell you where to install select mods (all are different).
