Are there any good modders (3D modelers) out there that could convert or make a new police ped to replace the cops in GTAIV?

There are many decent police ped mods that eg. gives m_y_cop a vest, or a shoulder radio, and so on, but has anyone ever tried

to convert or make a NEW model? I whish someone would do so if it hasn't been done already.

It would be very much appreciated!

 

Also: I whish someone would try to make a London met. cop some day, not just the skin for an existing ped, but with the vest and hat and so on... that would be great as well!

I know there was one model that had a shoulder radio and a few extra objects on it, but I'm not sure if it even was finished.

Double Doppler I think has done a whole set of met police mods. Have a look on this site in the downloads section.
