It's any script.
Even when I change the graphics setting (e.g. go from ICenhancer to RealityIV) it causes the save game error.
I think it's saving the graphics data when it shouldn't be thus causing the save-game error.
For some reason when there are no scripts in the scripts folder the game loads fine. When I come to add scripts I get the SMPA30 error.
Is there any reason for this?
Using Dsound with the ZBNYC texture mods.
It was working fine yesterday then by accident I deleted the save games from app data.
I'm clueless as to why it's doing it....
I have the Steam version as well if that helps.
Check where the file is installed. If you have the RGSC folder and Paul.dll in the MAIN folder ie C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/RockstarGames then you don;t need the update. If not then check the gxt files (Common/text) they should read something 2010.
That's funny, I run the steam version so I don't have the disc issues.
A few things:
1. Update drivers.
2. Check the discs and make sure there are no scratches.
3. Run the updates from the links I provided.
Failing that, a re-install may be needed.
