Game crashes after I installed an add-on vehicle pack

So, when I installed the [ELS][Addon/Replace] Blaine County Sheriff's Office Pack 1.0.5  , the link is 

my game keeps crashing when I turn it on via RPH. Please help, I do not know what's happening, but I'm sure that its caused by this mod, as any other vehicle pack i installed didnt have the same problem. It crashes a few moments when the loading screen says "Intialiazing core".

I'm editing this now, it seems like uninstalling all instances of this mod from the files to the dlc list fixed the issue, but I still think that its a issue worth investigating into. Other than that, everything's fine. I'm now having second thoughts, that it could be my fault for not implementing it to the DLC list correctly, altough when i saved the edited version, nothing popped up saying that there's an error.

    Do you have a game config installed? alot of people have used this pack without that issue
