but a few probs hope you gonna help me

1.when i press G to use siren it dosent do anything why?

2.I need the 0.91 keys! i don't know what to press please help!

and now a few questions for you guys

1.I want to download ELS where can I download it and how to install it?

2.I want to install police cars but I don't know how?

and tools should I download for that?!

1. I have no idea about the siren somebody else is going to have to help you.

2. You can just look in the LCPDFR file and it will tell you all the keys, or you can do the automatic install again and at the end you can click on a link and it will bring you to a website with all the keys.

1. The best place to download ELS v.6 is at gtapolicemods.com, but the site is down at the moment so you will have to wait untill it is back up. To install it move all the files into your GTA 4 Root folder.

2. To install ELS cars you need Spark IV and replace the car you want. Gtapolicemods.com has great tutorials so I would wait untill there site is back up. Also gtapolicemods.com has all sorts of diffrent ELS cars so once again just wait untill the site is back up. Hope I have helped!

Ummm yeah sorry you right I should have search and actually I did and I found the site 2 min before you posted your comment But now I have the real prob

the siren dosent work I press G and nothing! but other police have siren!maybe Im pressing the wrong botton?

Maybe the key configuration for the siren is different. Check your settings.

What GTA IV program? Just download the installer in the "downloads" section and run it as administrator. Find the GTA IV directory and keep pressing next until it is installed.

My 9 year old brother showed me LCPDFR for like 5 mins, then i was immediatley hooked.

He knew EVERYTHING. ELS, lcpdfr, he knew the keys, and he barely used it.

Either you guys are below 10, or you're you really shouldn't be on a computer that can run GTA 4.

I know that installing ELS and LCPD:FR is VERY easy, especially if you use your brain a bit and read; still no need to call people 10 year olds. A lot of people aren't as technically aware, even people of my generation.

1. Please check your controls configuration in game options.

2. Click here to find the list of 0.91 keys.

3. Please check this website for ELS its in the download section. Note:- The website is currently down wait for it to get online.

4. Download cars from the specific website or other websites that has police cars or whatever then use sparkiv to use them try this tutorial it should help.
