The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Have tryed it and nope LSPDFR cannot work without those two files 😞

I dont understand why these have to be there for those who does not have discord...
