The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

These files are used to display your current LSPDFR activity on your discord profile as their files names suggest.

Have tryed it and nope LSPDFR cannot work without those two files 😞

I dont understand why these have to be there for those who does not have discord...
