Reinstalling GTA V

For reinstalling GTA V, would it be fine to delete the GTA V folder out of the steam folder, reinstall it then reinstall LSPD:FR?  Assuming it'll be fine but I wanted to check before I broke the game.

If you uninstall via the Plattform you’re on, it won’t touch files that don’t belong to the base game. That means you’ll have to remove the entire folder to fully remove everything related to GTA and/or all modifications.

Thanks, I'm probably going to do that to update my LSPD:FR, most likely will be easier for me because I don't know what files do what.
