Sorry if this has already been answered, I’ve searched the forums, YouTube & Google can’t find an answer

 

ive seen some people playing uk based LSPDFR checking vehicles for Tax, MOT, Licence & insurance 

 

has anybody got a link for this mod?

You might be referring to Albo1125's British Policing Script. Unfortunately that plugin was discontinued a while ago and became unsupported.

 

As of 2024, I couldn't recall seeing any UK-based LSPDFR players/YouTubers doing a "DVLA" check on a vehicle including Tax and MOT.

What you can do is edit the lcoalisation.ini of StopThePed and change the terms according to British translation.
