Officer Won't Interact with Other People On Street, and How to answer Call?

Good day 

 

I love the First Response, glad I found it, however, getting out and exploring the city I find I can't make my officer interact with other people?

 

Also, I am wondering, what do I press to be able to answer a call that dispatch is sending me to?  I get calls but can not answer them at all either.

Either Z or Y depending on your keyboard layout.

The default control to stop someone on foot is holding "E" when standing next to someone. You can also arrest suspects at gunpoint by holding "E" while aiming at them.

 

I highly recommend installing StopThePed for better interactions with peds.
