While I cannot fully answer for Management, I would assume it has to do with it being abused.

I did not. We give users the ability to remove posts, they could go about writing anything and then just instantly delete it.

wait what? now im more confused.

Your original post said "i like to suggest that users are allowed to Delete their own threads/post/Albums"

Im saying if we give them that freedom, it will get abused. As in, people can post whatever they want and then promptly delete it.

So in other words, your saying people is not allowed to change their minds about what they post?

If they wish to change their minds, they can edit their post, as that is allowed. However, giving permission to delete stuff would see it abused. Which is what I have already stated multiple times.

We've never let people delete their own posts, I'm not entirely sure of the original reasoning, but I imagine what UnknownBastion said was part of it. If someone is abusive to someone then deletes it once they realize they might be caught and punished, it becomes harder for us to identify and take action against the abusive member.

The other side is preservation. Sometimes people will decide they want their post deleted simply because a solution to their problem was found. We believe that post should stay so anyone else with the same problem can find the solution.
