The Lspdfr.dll always crash after I load in the game and start RPH, I alway reload all the plugins and after that duty on and crash.

 Rename mods to _mods and try launch game (it's gonna temporally disable your mods folder as long as there will be "_")

 It means that smh in your mods folder cause problem (interesting it not crash your game earlier). Reinstall your mods and check if it will help, if not - prob you will have to remove this mod and use smh else instead.

3. Remove: FBI Callouts for an improved experience. BetterEMS should not be removed.

4. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory.

Thanks it works, but i have an another problem when i go on duty my textures just disappear. Any solution?
And if i just not go on duty everything normal

Try using this and see if it helps with texture loss. The files get installed to the Main Directory.
